Sara Larsen is originally from Washington, UT and has had a love for dance since she was 10 years old. Sara graduated from Utah Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in dance. She is a dance artist who uses a combination of aerial and ground dance to explore her inner thoughts as well as the world around her.
Sara also has experience in teaching through her work at the aerial dance classes of Utah Tech University. Sara is looking forward to sharing her passion of dance with others in her new community through ArtistYear as an ArtistYear AmeriCorps Resident Teaching Artist in North Carolina!
