Victoria Landers is originally from Pinehurst, NC and has had an excitement for photography and the arts since middle school when her grandfather gifted her a 35mm Minolta. Victoria graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration in Photography. She is a visual artist who uses photography to start meaningful conversations about the complexity of the human experience.
Victoria also has experience in leadership roles working in educational and volunteer environments, such as the Housing & Residence Life Department at UNC at Greensboro, her local Habitat for Humanity Restore, as well as in The O’Neal School in Southern Pines, NC.
Victoria is looking forward to creating new connections in her hometown while also decreasing the arts gap in the community through ArtistYear as an ArtistYear AmeriCorps Fellow in Moore County, North Carolina!
